Meet Rhonda Maclver, a Regional Care Pro of the Year.

As a mother of two boys, Rhonda wanted to make time for the fleeting moments with her children and needed a job that was flexible enough that she could have more balance in her life. She found Home Instead and now 15 years later, still a dedicated Care Professional and has had the privilege of caring for many clients over the years.

“My clients are very important to me. Their families are very important to me. I was with a client when he took his last breath,” says Rhonda. “His daughter said he waited for you to take his last breath. He knew you were coming in and you would take care of everything in those final moments. The daughter then gave me a big hug and I could feel the comfort and warmth in that moment.”
